How do I upload music to my Birth Album?

Music can add a touching effect to a Birth Album. If you are the owner of the Birth Album, simply sign in and go to your Birth Album page. Click on the "Manage Music" button in the left column and you'll go to a page that allows you to select from existing music selections. You can also choose to upload a song of your own choice on this page.

How much music can I upload?

There is no limit to the number of songs you can upload, however, the size limit per songs is 10MB.

What music file formats does Festiveday support?

Currently, you can upload .mp3 or .wav music files.

What if I have problem uploading?

Remember, only .mp3 or .wav music files are supported. Also, the file needs to be below 10MB. The larger the file is, the longer it will take to upload. This also depends on the type and speed of your internet connection. Once the file uploads successfully, the system still needs a few moments to convert that file into a format that allows for playing on the Tribute page. This processing time can be longer depending on the size of the file. If you are unable to upload a music file and you think you have done everything correctly, simply notify the Community Manager and you will be responded to by email.
